Shipping right now is expensive, I hear you and totally understand, but it is truly useful to have the tracking number that comes with your item and the safety of the packaging that is included in the price. ​ It costs $14.99 CAD to ship any items under 2KG (4.4Lbs) to you. This is the equivalent of around 4 mugs, or nearly 10,000 stickers! The heaviest item we currently have in stock are ceramic mugs, with a total estimated weight of .5kg per mug, box, protective cardboard inserts, etc. Should you choose items that equal over 2KG, then the shipping cost is $21.99CAD. ​ These costs include the Tracking Number which will allow you to follow your package as it heads your way, and allows us to keep track of what product goes where in the world just in case of loss or accident en-route to you.

Oh dear. If you did NOT receive your item(s) in the mail within 7 days AFTER the estimated arrival date, please contact us about it! Include your: Name, Invoice Number and Tracking Number so we may find out what has happened. This may result in a refund or gift card to our site, or simply us re-sending you the items you lost in transit. If, however, the item tracking concludes that it has been delivered, then it will be your responsibility to track down the package in question. We do not provide refunds or gift cards for items that have been labelled as Delivered by the shipping companies.

Oh goodness. This does happen sometimes, even with meticulous planning and extremely careful packaging, some things can end up busted. If you receive your item and it is broken, please contact us within 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY for a refund or return. In the email please include in the Title: Your Tracking Number and Order Number/Invoice Number. In the Body of the Email please include: Your First and Last Name, Address, Tracking Number, and Clear Photographs of the Damage to your Item as well as an explanation as to what/how you found your parcel. The explanation as to how you found your parcel will give us the reason to contact the delivery company to ask for an explanation. You will be asked to send the item back to us for repairing if it is possible, no worries we will provide you with the return mailing label. Please contact us by following the linked button below!

We generally do not refund orders once they are placed unfortunately. Here's how it works: Every item here is custom-made, meaning we do the eco-friendly thing and don't take up unnecessary space for product storage. Once an item has been paid for, we start to work on it. This means there is very little time in between your order being placed, and the work to make your custom piece is being done. If there has been some sort of mistake in an order, please send us an email or social media message as soon as you can, and we may be able to refund some or all of your order if the work has not begun on your order. If the work has begun however (we will provide photos of the progress upon request) there is no refund option.
